Big Kisses for Bucky on Guard!
Bucky on Parade was a public art event featuring 85 life-size Bucky Badger statues throughout Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin from May 7 until September 12, 2018.
Each unique work of art was created by local artists and craftsmen throughout the region.
We were fortunate enough to find several throughout the downtown area, along the Capitol Grounds, and even inside the Wisconsin State Capitol Building itself!
The Madison Area Sports Commission produced this event, with support from the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau and in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Wisconsin Athletics, and Wisconsin Foundation & Alumni Association.
Event proceeds supported Garding Against Cancer, Madison Area Sports Commission and other community charities.
