And we’re off!
Our trip has begun!
Oh, wait.
We didn’t get very far!
30 minutes in, and we decided to make a quick stop to get the trip started on the right foot!
On the side of Highway 127, in the middle of Crossville, Tennessee, we chanced across two really fun food trucks and had to give them a try!
Doctor Coffee, loaded up in the back of a repurposed ambulance, offered a pretty extensive menu of coffee, espresso, and tea choices.
And Miss Miller’s Donuts, WOW!
Look at the size of those things!
No trick photography, they really were HUGE!
I’d say the trip was off to a pretty sweet start, indeed!
