I’m certainly not the food artist of the family, but sometimes you just have to have a little fun with it! So, my attempt at a Charcuterie Board for the non-vegans of the family. Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Mozzarella, White Cheddar, Cheddar, Brie, and three other cheeses I couldn’t pronounce even if I remembered what they were! Santa brought Trillian an Espresso Machine for Christmas, so we’ve been having all kinds of fun with it. Meaning, she makes all the drinks, and I get to drink them. Doesn’t get much more fun than that! This little creation here is a Lavazza Dark Roast Almond Milk Latte, flavored with Salted Caramel and Toasted Marshmallow flavor syrups.
