All their cake, cookie, pancake, and waffle mixes are 100% vegan!

Each Baking Mix is easy-to-make, AND dietitian-approved, all without preservatives or artificial ingredients!

With the Coconut Whisk line of Baking Mixes, you can indulge your sweet tooth for any snack, meal, or dessert, all while enjoying the goodness of these good-for-you products!

If that weren’t enough to get you excited for this brand, owner Bella Lam has also opened up a 100% Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Allergy-Friendly Boba Tea Shoppe in the Nicollet Mall in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Boba Tea is one of our main passions here at SPGFAN, but with Trillian being vegan, often our choices are limited when trying new boba cafes and tea houses along our travels. Not every tea shoppe offers 100% vegan options, particularly within their selection milk teas. (Fruit teas are often vegan, but milk teas are less frequently available with vegan alternatives.)

So, when we heard about Coconut Whisk Cafe on social media, we knew we HAD to check it out!

Their days and hours are pretty limited, and that made it tough for us to squeeze it in our itinerary. Thankfully, though, it all worked out and we were able to get there just in time to get our very own Coconut Whisk Bubble Tea Drinks!

All the drinks were amazing!

Perfectly sweet and refreshing, with satisfying coconut jelly, and yummy, chewy boba.

Coconut Whisk Cafe also offers a menu of fun treats made using their own branded mixes.

You can order Mini Pancakes or Waffle Sticks, dressed up in a variety of toppings, such as sugars, syrups, nut butters, ganaches, vegan mylk cloud, and sprinkles!

The Coconut Whisk Signature Vegan Mylk Cloud is a cheezy cold whipped cream made in-house!

The Coconut Whisk Cafe Drink Menu offers a lovely selection of sweet, creamy, fruity, and floral flavors across your choices of Mylk Boba, Iced Mylk Drinks, Iced Lemonades, Iced Fruit Teas, and Signature Flavored Drinks.

There is a little something for everyone at Coconut Whisk!

And the best part is, that it’s all good for everyone, too!

If you find yourself in Downtown Minneapolis, be sure to stop by Coconut Whisk and grab some snacks and drinks for your gang!
