Today, for our lunch, we decided to check out the food vendors at Banks Food Hall, just steps away from the Chattahoochee Riverwalk in Columbus, Georgia.
As of right now, the dining options include Poke Sun, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, El Primo Taqueria, The Bakeshop by Fountain City Coffee Co, and The Original Hot Dog Factory.
We decided to take advantage of the Cinco de Mayo Taco Special at El Primo Taqueria.

Both places offered great vegan options for Trillian, and lots of regular choices for everyone else!
