In North Georgia, the city of Ellijay boasts quite a collection of Apple Houses that offer everything from U-Pick Orchards, to Country Store Shopping, to fresh-made ciders, juices, and baked goods; to petting zoos, mini-golf, cow trains, bounce houses and more!
Corn Mazes and Pumpkin Patches also make great Seasonal Memories!
And many full-service Fall Amusements may be found on farms throughout the state!

As with all agriculturally-based businesses, each season can be different than the last. Weather can drastically affect crop growth, harvest dates, and product availability. Seasons may start or end earlier or later than anticipated. Some locations might still offer produce for sale, despite temporarily suspending their U-Pick options.
Many websites also have charts with the seasonal availability of all their crops throughout the year.
I always recommend verifying methods of payment accepted on-site. Some farms might be cash only. Many farms are also quite busy, so online advanced ticketing or reservations may be required for special events or even general admission.
Prepare yourself with the proper information, directly from the business itself, so you aren’t disappointed when you get there!
