To this day, I will say, the Crawfish Etouffee at TABASCO® Restaurant 1868 ranks among my absolute favorites.

I think I finally put my finger on the secret ingredient, and can do a pretty solid job of recreating the deliciousness in my own kitchen…

But, I won’t lie!

I crave the heck out of the real thing!
