A MOST delicious meal in Nashville, if I do say so myself!
I don’t engage actively with much modern country music, but my stomach does love some good Southern Cooking!
We started at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen with a pan of the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, and then proceeded to enjoy the Pecan Crusted Atlantic Salmon, along with a plate of good ol’ Chicken and Waffles!
We weren’t sure these Country Music Artist-themed restaurants would stand on their own beyond the typical tourist hype, but I was QUITE impressed.
The service was outstanding. The ambiance was festive. The center bar was a REAL tractor! And the views AND the music from the Rooftop Bar offered a bit of quintessential Nashville!
It was also a cool little extra to watch the DJ broadcasting live from the iHeart Radio Booth inside the main dining room!
Nashville has experienced an incredible resurgence lately; and it really has become such a fun place to hang out, enjoy the music, have a bite to eat, and just relax and soak up THE music scene!
